By now you already realized I also like to say a few jokes. I finished my academic journey at 6 years ago and I've been working in this area (not only, but you'll get the full "story" in my CV) with passion. I love all the steps of the process of conceptualization of an artwork and I'm always comfortable with ink and paper (like the old days!) ready to create something. I'm attentive to details and perfectionist (too perfectionist, sometimes), have an effective and fluent communication and good writing skills. As any designer that worths his title, I love to work as a team and discuss new ideas every time we get the chance for it. The rest... oh... you'll have to see for yourself!

I am Jayasurya from Calicut. I have been doing Freelance Illustrations for ‘The Mathrubhumi’,one of the leading publication in Kerala and Chennai based ‘Vikatan’. I started my career as a 2d In Between Artist in the year 2004 and till now I have been working with various companies like Toonz Animation Trivandrum, Krayon Pictures Pune, Xentrix Studios Bangalore, Auryn India Pvt. Ltd Pune & Accel Animation Trivandrum. Other areas of my works are Character Designing and Caricature Art. Since I was a kid I had a passion for designing and drawing. That is why I entered the creative field of design and communication. After high school in 2004 I did an internship at the multimedia agency ‚Speedpool’ in Hamburg, where I was born and raised. The internship was the perfect opportunity for me to get to know the daily routine of a graphic designer. I liked it so much that six months later I started an education there – and after that I worked as a fulltime employee for 17 months. As time drew on my second passion became stronger: travelling. So I decided to participate in a Work&Travel programme and went to Sidney for one year. Besides expanding my english skills and working as a waitress I fell in love with surfing. It became a new hobby of mine. When I came back to Europe I wanted to pursue my passion for design again and take my skills to a next level. But where? My decision fell on Copenhagen, because I always liked the famous danish design and the huge amount of creative and friendly people living here. Now I'm in my third semester of studying Multimedia Design and Communication on KEA in Copenhagen.

My focus is on UI/UX design, however my expertise also covers illustration, conceptual, elaboration design, visualization, packaging design, final artwork and printing methods.
