This is ME. I’m Patrick Oulton, a 22 year old Digital Illustrator and creative, born and bred in Liverpool, with a BA in Graphic Design from John Moores University. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working individual who’s not afraid to ‘get stuck in’. I have spent time doing placements at various agencies as well as devoting time to charity and voluntary work, whilst working on personal design projects which you can view in my online portfolio. I like to work with mixed media using Adobe software; particularly Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop, to create images, logos and various marketing materials. These take shape with typography and photography that’s sourced or taken by myself. My designs are unique and varied but I am also able to work to a tight brief and deadline. I have taken a lot of influence from Richard Hamilton, Paul Rand and Stefan Sagmeister. Italian graphic designer, living in Reykjavik, Iceland. I\'ve been born and grew up in a little town in the middle of the mountains called \'Tesido\' in South Tyrol, in northern Italy. Even though that place has been really special to me, after finishing an art-high school I left home to travel the world and study. I traveled Australia for a year and after that never really got back home. 2012 -I worked for 6 months in the movie studio ALCHEMY STUDIOS in Verona. 2013 - Took a shoe-design course at the IMB in Milan. 2014 - Got a Diploma (30/30) in VISUAL DESIGN at the Accademia Leonetto Cappiello in Florence.

With an aptitude in varied areas of the creative spectacle like illustration making, graphic designing and advertising, my journey in the artistic arena has been an intricate effort in the constant exploration of my own ideas in the process of executing works as per the demands of the project I have been involved with. I tend to incorporate my daily observations of visual encounters in my designs that I hope would later prove to be functional and appealing at the same time.
