I am presently the owner and founder of the small business called GHG GLOBAL POWERHOUSE (distributes health and beauty products). My full name is Gillian Hazel Gaspard and my favourite colour is purple. I am a very creative person and a real fun-loving person too. Some of my favourite television shows of all time are: Wonder Woman, I Dream of Genie, Bewitched, Charmed. Two of my favourite male actors are Jet Li and Jason Statham. My favourite local dishes include 'curry crab and dumplings,' 'coo-coo and callaloo,' 'pelau,' 'provision and saltfish or smoked herring,' 'baked beans and rice,' and 'roti or buss-up shut' (with mango, pumpkin, potato, channa and chicken). My favourite local drinks include 'sorrel,' 'pineapple or orange juice,' and 'caribbean fruit punch.' My interests and hobbies include business and trade, networking, music, movies, art, graphic design, modeling, photography, balloon and floral arrangement, cake decorating, travelling, international relations and protection of the environment. I also love to read alot of business magazines such as 'Entrepreneur' and 'Home Business Magazine.' I also possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and I am currently finishing my masters degree in Business Administration with specializations in Human Resource Management and Finance. I have a particular interest in organic architecture, having been brought up along the East African Coast. My exploration of this theme was taken further when writing my extended essay as I investigated how we can use architecture to bring people and nature closer. I believe my preference for sustainability also complements this design aspect. I enjoy exploring how traditional design can be fused with contemporary ideas to create timeless architecture.
