Anderson's art, & design career has been realized thru entrepreneurship proactively influenced by art culture. Anderson worked at Sean John where he assisted in the design of it's most highly received collections & their televised run way show for New York Fashion Week, which included original art based denim, & t-shirts. He left Sean John and co-founded Miskeen Originals, a national clothing brand whose claim to fame was 'hand-painted' artist signed t-shirts. After establishing wearable art for the masses from the U.S. to Japan, in 2005 he then moved on to establish Meezan:artcouture which he design directed until 2010. Meezan:artcouture encompassed fashion, design, abstract art, and had it's own art gallery and design studio in his hometown, Philadelphia. During that time he opened two retail stores in Philadelphia under the brand name Kamouflage where he ran a semi-vertical design based concept store that embraced his love and passion for art, design, and fashion. Today he is known as 'The Artrepreneur' because of his unique journey in the art and fashion worlds. He is currently the President and owner of Artistic Industries, an art, and design firm that operates a 'wearable art' brand, ARTIFAKâ„¢, while offering art, design and branding services for a myriad of clients. He also has a joint venture with DIG, which designs, manufactures, and sells Peace + Loveâ„¢ Brand which gives a portion of all profits to Peace + Love Worldwideâ„¢, the non profit organization that markets and raises awareness for non-violence. Anderson also works with Peace + Love Worldwideâ„¢ where he has completed his first solo show for a global art exhibit to raise awareness for peace and non-violence entitled The Art Of Peace+Love World Tour in Philadelphia with the intent of visiting cities around the world to spread this message via his artwork.

A love of color, patterns, shapes and textures has played a key role in my career as a visual designer/photographer. Early employment always found me in a creative line of work, such as hand-printing patterns on garments at the Bluefish Clothing Company or creating seasonal fabric swatches at Jones NY & Company. My start in photography began literally in the dark working in a photographers darkroom developing and processing color prints from film (remember film?). I would spend hours in complete darkness turning blank paper into colorful prints. But the best part of the job was spent on location assisting the photographer on photo shoots and learning first hand about camera gear, lighting techniques, props and styling. The majority of my career has been with Christine Taylor Collection, a leader in the world of visual merchandising. When I first started 15 years ago they were a small company and as the company grew so did my knowledge and expertise in the visual design industry. I was promoted to Art Director and company Photographer, a challenging position that utilized both my design and photographic skills. I collaborated with project managers and team members on the creation of print and promotional materials as well as handled all the product photography. I easily adapt to innovative processes and ever-changing technology. I like the energy and stimulus from working with other creatives, but I am also comfortable handling projects on my own. Oh, and tight deadlines do not deter me! I will go above and beyond expectations to make sure the smallest details are taken care of and the job is done beautifully.
