I am a Filipino expatriate whom have worked in the past and present in countries like the Philippines, Hongkong and Singapore. I am an Architecture graduate and have since 1990 build a career in Interior Architectural and hospitality Design. Being a Senior Designer generally, I have also been a Design Manager and an Associate Design Director. Select firms I have worked with in the past are Wilson & Associates and Smallwoods, Reynolds, Stewart & Stewart in Singapore. Whereas in Hongkong I have been employed with Steve Leung Designers Ltd and Chhada Siembieda & Associates Ltd. Currently, I am again working and residing in Singapore, being employed in a start-up local Interior Architectural office doing high-end residential and corporate projects. My works experience have seen me manage and supervise design teams under my responsibility and handled project types such as high-end residential, Hospitality,corporate and commercial commissions from their conceptual inception to turn-over phases. I am actively supervising team members in concept preparation, space planning, design development, detail/inter-facing analysis, material selections/specification and presentation schemes. Likewise, I am responsible for field coordination and liaison works which includes follow-ups with client, contractors, suppliers and specialists as well as ensuring correct design interpretation and quality on site. I am a degree holder in BS Architecture and Fine Arts and have graduated from the Central Colleges of the Philippines. Previous to this, I took up my Architecture undergraduate studies from the University of Santo Tomas till my fourth year level. My primary and secondary education were taken in La Salle Green Hills. I am a widow going to 54 years of age and have three children whom are all living and studying in the Philippines.

Ten plus years working in design industry. Licensed Commercial Interior Designer for PQH Group, doing a wide scope of interior design projects. Submittal Coordinator / Junior Estimator for Dixie Contract Carpet, a regional commercial flooring contractor. Managed the Set decoration and design for ACT, a major theatre in Seattle, supervising a crew of 3-5. Visual Manager for a special event company taking projects from initial visualization to completion supervising a crew of 4 staff and several temporary employees.

Working as a designer for the past 4 years has taught me that no matter what you work on, each project is different and unique in its own way. The clients, the audience and the design combine to create a relationship between the user and the brand. As a designer, I enjoy influencing that relationship with my strong design skills, aesthetic clarity and understanding of marketing principles. In addition to graphic design, I've always held the unofficial title of “Tech Geek”.
