Scott Schrob graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture. After graduation Scott joined a small local firm in Central New Jersey where he managed nearly all aspects of Commercial & Corporate Interior Projects, he would oversee up to 10 projects at a time of varying sizes and type. Worked with the design team and vendors to meet the clients needs from initial design, through construction, to finished product. Responsibilities included; Layout Creation, 3D Presentation Models, Full Construction Documentation, Submittal Review and Site Review and Supervision. Project sizes varied from 1,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. Scott is currently a member of both the American Institute of Architects, and United States Green Building Association. I have a background in affordable housing and historic preservation. I come from a small town situated on the outskirts of Mumbai. Since I wished to pursue architecture, I got the opportunity to do so at Rizvi College of Architecture. During my academic career, apart from academics, I was thoroughly involved in extra - curricular activities. I was an active participant and organizer of International Conference for Humane Habitat. Was core design team member, core graphics team member for various competitions which were held at National Level. After my completion I got the opportunity to work with extremely experienced and very well know contemporary architect, Ar.Sen Kapadia and was involved in Phase II design and execution of National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar. I also got the chance to work with Studio for Environment & Architecture on a Mixed-use Development Project for two years. I was the lead for the High-Income Group Housing. This project gave me the liberty to conceptualize my ideas and the strict policies shaped my ideas and moulded them into a practical design. I was the lead for the High-Income Group Housing. I now strongly aspire to learn in depth and broaden my horizons in the field of architecture and environment, because I feel that architecture and environment together can contribute in making ecologically sensitive architecture and also fulfil the needs of the community with keeping in mind the local context.

I have a particular interest in organic architecture, having been brought up along the East African Coast. My exploration of this theme was taken further when writing my extended essay as I investigated how we can use architecture to bring people and nature closer. I believe my preference for sustainability also complements this design aspect. I enjoy exploring how traditional design can be fused with contemporary ideas to create timeless architecture.
